What is Sports Massage?
Sports massage is the scientific manipulation of soft tissue within the body, in order to increase its ability to function at its best. It is about initiating the healing process, breaking down scar tissue, and increasing flexibility and strength. Sports Massage is excellent for helping the body to recover from training or competing, and preparing the body and mind for competition.
What is Soft Tissue Massage?

Sports Massage can be focused on more pre and post injuries, addressing immediate problems and supporting recovery in a way which supports your supporting ability. The two crossover because a lot of massage techniques are very similar. The difference is in how they are delivered. You can stimulate the tissues in a different way to excite or calm the nervous system.
