Our Team

Dr Joe Williams DC, MChiro, BSc, LRCC

Chiropractor

Joe stands behind the principle of chiropractic; that a healthy spine leads to a healthier lifestyle. He is well trained and experienced in a variety of chiropractic techniques making the care he delivers personal and safe for all ages. He knows chiropractic care is as important, if not more important in the early formational years of life. He is passionate about providing top quality care suitable for babies, bumps and beyond. "It is a huge privilege to have the opportunity to maximise someones health potential".

"When you examined me it was done with compassion and you ensured that I had understood my problem. No big words to explain simple problems and causes" - R.Bond

Bumps, Babies and Beyond

I have undergone post graduate studies in chiropractic paediatrics and find that most of the continued professional development I attend is in that arena. I want to keep developing my knowledge, understanding and technical skill in this field as we have the opportunity to influence hugely the growth and development of the child we are taking care of.

I practice the principle and love to promote ‘the healthy spine, healthy you’ concept.

As a chiropractor I feel privileged to be in a position where I can influence the life of many people. Teaching the fundamental principles of chiropractic along with what is wholesome, congruent nutrition, the importance of movement and of a positive mindset enables me to take a holistic approach to your care and has been a game changer for many people already.

I get excited about seeing every single new person at the practice, I like to understand why they are looking for help and work with them to achieve their health goals.

I stand behind the principles of providing a professional service that offers personal chiropractic care with predictable results. I encourage you to take a proactive role in your recovery and health so can perform at your best on a daily basis.

I am member of the British Chiropractic Association and registered with the General Chiropractic Council.

I grew up in Wiltshire with my parents, an older sister and two younger brothers. We were always encouraged to be involved in sport and loved it. We swam, competitively, played football, rugby, cricket, lots of tennis and kayaking; you name it we were involved in it. I attended the local comprehensive school and did well academically but loved my sport.

My main sport was Rugby. I ended up moving away from home at 16, attending Hartpury College in Gloucester, playing rugby and studying a National Diploma in Sports Science and Rugby Studies. I continued to play some good rugby through the age groups, and on to the University 1st team, Gloucester academy as well as England Colleges. Along the way I picked up my fair share of injuries. Chiropractic helped me recover quicker from my injuries allowing me to stay on the pitch.

I still enjoy a game of tennis or squash, I'd love to take another ski holiday and see more of the UK. At the weekend I love to get out in the beautiful local countryside and walk, then come back and spend some time in the kitchen cooking up some delicious food.

This year has been incredibly fast paced, not only have we opened up here in Tunbridge Wells, but also taken over a thriving practice in Staplehurst, got married and relocated. We are so proud of what we have achieved and want to deliver the very best chiropractic care to you and your family.

Dr Zoe Pantelios DC, MChiro

Chiropractor

Zoe loves being a chiropractor and is particularly passionate about helping people improve all aspects of their health naturally. With each client, she takes 'a whole body approach' which involves establishing the root cause of a problem; ensuring it is dealt with correctly and proactively. Zoe finds providing chiropractic care to whole families and all walks of life the most rewarding part of practice. Seeing people thrive and enjoy life with ease and confidence is what she aims to help them achieve.

The way the human body develops and works is incredible. We can never stop learning about how it functions and how we can help it perform to it's full potential. Chiropractic, for me has totally opened my eyes to how amazing your body can be given enough movement, the right fuel and strong mind-set. No person is the same (or text book for that matter!) and that's what makes my role so fascinating; care is never limited to a 'one fits all' plan. For this reason, I get excited about continually developing and strengthening my knowledge and techniques to simply assist the body's in built control system (spine and nervous system) to efficiently help heal, recover and most importantly allow the body to do what it is designed to do. Meeting and working with people from all backgrounds is just another bonus for me; from office workers to burly farmers you can rest assured that all care is tailored to your needs and to what you feel comfortable with, any questions just ask -we're a friendly bunch!

Dr Chester Clough DC, MChiro

Chiropractor

Chester finds chiropractic an excellent profession to be a part of, he understands and believes that the smallest changes to the musculoskeletal system can make such a huge difference to people’s quality of life. He qualified from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, where he has built an excellent knowledge base and fine-tuned his treatment skills for people of all ages. He believes that wellbeing is made up of mechanical, systematic and emotion health and that they are all intertwined. He thinks that promoting and bettering mechanical health will lead to a happier life and a route for the body to perform and function at its optimum. His passion and goal is to talk to you and to work with you to resolve your musculoskeletal/spinal issues and to keep you on the path to health excellence.

Although I was born in Chester, hence the name; I am a Kentish man through and through, living from the age of 3 in Maidstone. I am the eldest child in a family of 5, my other siblings being two sisters of which I am very close to. One of my sisters has a condition called Kabuki syndrome; understanding her and how she is, has inspired me to pursue working with and aiding people with special needs. I have worked as a swimming teacher for a special needs swimming group, a personal assistant for a special needs child and a teaching assistant at an Autistic and behavioural difficulties school. I understand from meeting such diverse and incredible individuals the beauty of life and why it is so important to cherish it.

From an early age a huge passion of mine has been sport, of which rugby has been my biggest passion. Starting from the age of 4 years old I have consistently played rugby; going through school and university for both the institutions team and a club team, I live and breathe it. I have delved into a wide variety of sports over the course of my life from racket sports such as squash and badminton to golf to cricket to diving and trampolining which I got to a national level. Chiropractic has played such an important role in my recovery from various injuries and overall in keeping me in the finest condition so that I can perform at a high intensity and level. One injury of which I believe changed my perception on chiropractic and led me from being just a patient to becoming a chiropractor myself. I broke my leg badly playing rugby for my club and it led me to having an external fixation device attached to the leg to keep it in place so that it could heal properly. It took me a period of 4 frustrating months for my leg to heal and for the fixator to be removed, inevitably I rushed back into sport and I injured my back because I wasn’t ready. I was devastated and I went straight to the chiropractor for help, he told me to calm down and told me I would be back in no time. He kept to his word and I was amazed at the power of chiropractic and what it did in terms of recovery. Not only this, as I kept going back I have felt fitter and that I was able to test the limits of what my body could achieve. My dream due to this passion would be to become the chiropractor of a major sports team.

After leaving university my goal is to continue to learn and gain experiences by changing people’s lives using chiropractic. I wish to strive to be able to give the best chiropractic care for the individual so that they may strive to thrive in their community.

Clare Bryant

Massage Therapist

Clare graduated with her diploma in Sports Massage Therapy from our favourite sea side town Bournemouth. She has recently moved back to the local area to settle down, be closer to family and friends and develop her career as a passionate sports massage therapist.

She was a super talented kid in the sports arena, excelling in athletics and football.  Whilst at university she played top level football, but her real passion was in athletics. She is a phenomenal sprinter and hurdler so she knows a thing or too about how the body should work.

She enjoys treating a wide range of different patients from those with general aches and pains to those with more sports related injuries. She is really looking forward to working closely with our chiropractors to help our clients reach their health goals.

Clare is fired up and can't wait to get started. She wants to continue her learning especially in the field of sports strapping and tapping and pregnancy massage.

Among other things she is a regular gym goer, loves to ski and snowboard and wants to leave the sprinting lane behind and try some long distance running.
